Welcome to the brand new Gynger experience. This month, for both Buyers and Vendors of technology, we’ve launched centralized, streamlined dashboards and one-click actions to save time and make it easier to access flexible payment terms.

Watch our video recap or read on for a full breakdown.

Discover actionable insights in the new Buyer dashboard

For Buyers of technology, you can view vital metrics and access key actions all from one simplified dashboard.

At the very top of the dashboard you’ll find:

  • Available capital - the unused portion of the credit limit that's available for financing
  • Credit limit - the total amount you're approved for on Gynger
  • Outstanding balance  - the amount owed to Gynger including fees across all your loans and upcoming payments
  • Upcoming payments - any payments that are coming due in the next 30 days

Just below the quick metrics, you can quickly and easily access the three key actions in Gynger: paying bills, getting a card, and reimbursements. Each of these three actions help you manage your tech payments, access flexible financing, and complete loans for mission-critical technology, ultimately improving cash flow and stabilizing your burn rate.

Simplify reimbursements with one-click

With tech reimbursements, customers new to Gynger can get refunded for eligible tech bills paid in the last 90 days—whether they were a Gynger user at the time or not. Leveraging reimbursements can help you smooth out your cash flow and extend your runway even further.

Previously, we launched our Accounting Integration, supporting you in easily connecting your accounting software, including Quickbooks, Netsuite, Xero, or Sage Intacct. This integration powers the reimbursement process.

We’ve taken it one step further this month to save you more time and effort. We’ve removed the need to search through the list of expenses and then manually select which to submit for reimbursement.

Now, with one-click reimbursements, Gynger automatically parses all of your accounting data and pulls in any eligible tech vendors and expenses for you. With one-click reimbursements, you can:

  • Save time by letting Gynger discover and match tech vendors that are eligible for reimbursements
  • Discover vendor payments for additional reimbursements you might have missed
  • Automate the process of adding new vendors and bills

From there, you select the payment terms, where you want the reimbursement payment to go, and you’re ready to sign your loan. It’s that simple.

Manage finance offers across your pipeline with the brand-new Vendor app

Partners of Gynger now have an easily navigable and impactful dashboard for strategically managing their deals resulting in higher contract values and shorter days sales outstanding. The dashboard contains two boards for tracking account status, credit approvals and financing offers, and the navigation gives you quick access to your deals, accounts, and settings.

From either the dashboard or through the sidebar navigation, you can prequalify accounts, get your customers approved for financing on Gynger, and extend financing offers to them giving them the ability to pay flexibly.

Credit Approvals Dashboard:

Your accounts go through credit approvals before accepting an offer agreement. From pre-qualified through to credit approved, you can view the status of your accounts in one summarized view.

You can add accounts to Gynger by either syncing with your CRM, uploading a CSV file, or individually adding accounts. Once added, the accounts go through pre-qualification and are viewable from the main dashboard.

Financing Offers Dashboard:

From either the dashboard, the deals section, or the accounts section, you can easily prepare and send customized offers that include flexible payment terms, in just a matter of clicks.

Once an offer has been extended, you can track the status in the Financing Offers dashboard. Segmented into 4 stages, you can see which offers have been created, which have been reviewed, which have been accepted, and which bills have been paid. The deals in ‘Bills Paid’ mean the customer has accepted the terms and your company has received full payment for the invoice.

CRM Integration

The Vendor app becomes even more powerful when integrated with your CRM system. Compatible with all major CRMs including Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, and more, you can connect your CRM to Gynger at onboarding or at any point through settings.

With the integration, you are able to share progress updates from Gynger that write to your CRM and have updates in your CRM reflect status changes in Gynger. The CRM integration allows you to:

  • Automatically sync your accounts and associated deals to your Gynger dashboard
  • Seamlessly send updates from Gynger back to your CRM:
    • Gynger Credit Status: Track everything from pre-qualification to application started to account approval
    • Gynger Offer Status: Monitor financing offer statuses and updates throughout the buyer's purchase journey
