Product Update

Product Updates: January 2025

Team Gynger

Our latest product updates focus on the Buyer experience. This month we’ve launched brand new reporting capabilities. Impactful data points are key to strategically managing your business, and we’ve made it easier than ever to get the data you need the moment you need it.

Through the recently added Reports tab, you can now seamlessly track and manage all of your spend through Gynger. The Reports section includes four key report categories:

  • Payments

  • Loans

  • Cards

  • Tax Reporting

Watch our video recap or read on for a full breakdown.

Reporting

Payments

In the Payments tab, you can generate reports for future payments, past payments, and AdTech spend.

The future payments report provides a list of all upcoming payments, with their amount and dates, across all of your loans. It can also be filtered to a specific loan ID.

The past payments report includes all previous payments, with their amount and dates, across all of your loans. Similarly, you can filter to a specific loan ID. With past payments, you also have the option to filter for a specific time window with either the pre-built filters (last 3, 6, or 12 months) or a custom date range.

If you have any loans for advertising technology vendors, using the AdTech report you can forecast your availability for AdTech spend on Gynger in the upcoming weeks.

Loans

In the Loans tab, you can access the loans report and your loan agreements.

The loans report provides information on all the loans you have with Gynger including the loan amount, current balance, and paid to date amounts across both principal and fees.

The loan agreement option provides a centralized place to quickly access and download all of the loan agreements that you’ve signed with Gynger. We’ve included this specific report section to make it even easier to find all of your loan agreements in one place. Through the dropdown, you can choose the loan agreement by its loan ID. This new addition takes the place of previously needing to go into each individual loan in the Loans dashboard.

Cards

In the Cards tab, you can generate card transaction reports for all of your Gynger cards.

The report is specified at the card level. You select the card, identified by the last four digits, in the dropdown and then the date range you want to see.

Tax Reporting

In the Tax Reporting tab, you can access your end-of-year summaries for the tax year.

The year-end summary includes the ending principal and fee balances for all of your loans as of December 31st as well as the amounts paid for principal and fees within that year. At the beginning of each new year, you’ll be able to access the previous year’s report. For example, now that it’s 2025, the year-end summary for 2024 is now available.

In this section you also have access to the Gynger W9 to support your tax reporting needs.
