As the founder and CEO of Gynger, I am thrilled to share the news of our recent $20MM Series A funding round led by PayPal Ventures, with participation from Velvet Sea Ventures, BAG Ventures, Gradient Ventures, and Deciens Capital. Additionally, we secured a debt facility in partnership with CIM that scales up to $100 million.

This funding is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, the trust of our customers and partners, and the belief of our investors in our mission. I am particularly grateful for the support of our early investors and customers who shared our vision when we were just starting out.

Gynger was founded to address a critical gap in the software purchasing process. Having worked in software sales for close to a decade, I saw firsthand that there was no financing solution that empowered businesses to purchase the mission-critical software they needed to grow.

Our mission is to enable businesses to scale with the technology they love by providing the first embedded financing platform for technology purchases. For businesses, Gynger offers flexible payment terms that extend runway and optimize spending. For vendors, Gynger provides the opportunity to extend flexible payment options to their customers while still getting paid upfront.

This funding will allow us to meet the growing demand for our product, as global tech demand and spend are projected to grow exponentially in the coming years. With the rise of generative AI and GPUs, the need for flexible financing solutions in the technology industry is more critical than ever.

The feedback we have received from both buyers and vendors who use Gynger has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am proud of the full-scale payments solution that we are continuing to build.
